This romantic black and white illustration for the classic fairy tale "The Sleeping Beauty" is by German artist Wilhelm Jordan. It was published in Berlin in 1901 in a Brothers Grimm fairy tale book. With its Art Nouveau pre-Raphaelite look, this notebook could appeal to adults as well as kids. I do love the thought of children using it, however, because I would love to see kids getting used to beautiful classic art and cursive writing!
