You can use the photos or replace them with your own. There are several different paint splotches used for text backgrounds. You can move, resize, delete and even copy them from one month to another, if need be. This is a calendar template that you can print as is or easily work some of your own photos and text into. There are small credits on the photos. If you use your own photos you can delete these credits.
