This Poster or Canvas Art Print features the "Sirens" painting by the artist Lorenzo Di Mauro. It depicts some mermaids playing underwater. The one in the foreground has long red hair, she looks softly relaxed enjoying herself while her evolution draws a perfect circle in the water. The sun's rays penetrate underwater, they light up her and make sparkling the golden shells she have on, to cover herself. The games of sirens generate light spirals of small bubbles which look like pearl necklaces for such beauties. I hung this in the stairwell of our house, near some other Renoir pictures. My daughter says it looks like she is looking at her when she walks up the stairs.
it's called "The Excursionist", she is holding a walking stick. Renoir was an impressionist, I don't think this is an actual person. The finished framed picture arrived and looks better than the online pic - Beautiful!

Absolutely superb Art Deco poster. The colours are vibrant, sympathetic to the era and perfect for use. I framed it and hung above the entrance to my Art Deco inspired lounge room. Stunning!
