I ordered these napkins on September 23rd. It is now October 8 and I have not received them. This is ridiculous. I ordered for my daughter's engagement party for Oct 11. At this point, it does not look they will arrive in time. Very disappointing and expensive. I would expect a refund since they will be useless if they arrivie after October 11.
