Overall, good product. I thought I was getting a glossy print, but apparently I selected matte. I really didn't like the matte. Didn't look very professional. Not great quality for what I payed. Could have printed the same thing on my own printer. Paper was sturdy, however. And it came with envelopes. I think semi-gloss would have turned out much better. Good quality printing, colors were vibrant.
