I loved this key chain! I used it for company logo and other side was QR business card, and it looks great. But the most important for me was the customer service support! I didn't notice ``while personalizing the QR code that it cut an edge and I couldn't scan the qr when I received the product. Customer support responded super fast, not only offered me to order a new product, suggested not to bother with sending the first piece back to them, but also gave me a big discount for other purchases and a gift card.
