This pillow arrived damaged. I contacted the company and they activated a replacement. This is the second pillow I have purchased. The first one was perfect and my daughter loved it for her dorm room. This pillow was a gift, so sadly, I hope I get it to the college grad before she leaves. Still waiting on the replacement. The color was wrong but the printing was fabulous.
