Simchat Torah - The Joy of the Torah Tie
Simchat Torah represents an intimate oneness with the Almighty - which is why this tie is based on the colour blue; the ancient colour of techeliet, that symbolises the Jewish people’s unity with the Omnipresent.
Simchat Torah is perhaps one of the happiest festivals in the Jewish calendar, that culminates the High Holiday period that began with the new year, Rosh Hashannah - and should end with the festival of Succos. But allegorically Hashem found it too painful to part from his people, and so instituted this final day of celebration, which traditionally is filled with joyous dancing with Torah scrolls.
This tie was hand designed in the Holy land by artist Tzvi Lebetkin and is part of a larger collection celebrating the Jewish festivals.

I originally ordered 1 tie to test and ensure I liked it with the suits we had ordered! The tie came and it was perfect! We loved it! The colours were bright and the tie was beautifully made. I then ordered the 6 additional ties and the colours are slightly different. The 6 ties were a little less vibrant and the white background was slightly different!
