Please keep in mind the number of names on your guest list vs the size of the chart. Make sure the text is large enough to be readable by guests standing a few feet away (no smaller than 12-14pt at the size the chart is printed.) You can check the font sizes by clicking "CUSTOMIZE FURTHER" and clicking the guest name columns. Adjust text placement and columns to work with the sign size and guest list length.
