Was prepared for disappointment based on reviews so had gone with something small - a custom fridge magnet. Customising process was easy and efficient. Order arrived as described within 8 days (ordered 28/7, arrived 4/8) - very happy (and slightly shocked!!!). Still a bit wary based on the experiences of other reviewers, but this was a very positive experience and I would definitely consider it again for a small custom purchase. Great - nice and clear with appropriate resolution.
