Shelter Pets Project - McKenzie Notebook

Purchase of this product will supply much needed dog food and medicine for the animals at Union County Animal Protection Society (UCAPS). McKenzie, and her sister Radar, were abandoned at a young age. They were both surrendered to UCAPS by Animal Control. Both sisters were smart as a whip from the beginning and we knew their potential! Her sister Radar has since graduated the Paws In Prison program. McKenzie fell short one prerequisite. She was heartworm positive and the pit bull look was too prominent. McKenzie's sweet personality and butterball physique has landed her many smiles and pats on the head, but all were empty promises of a new life. No one came back for her. In her three years with us, she has had many roomates. All were adopted except for her. She now shares a cell with an equally handsome fellow named Capone who is a doberman mix. McKenzie loves other dogs and is very treat motivated! As if you couldn't tell! She's silly, smart and eager to please, guaranteed to put a smile on your face and a flame in your heart! McKenzie's wardrobe was generously donated by Joan Marentis Kelly of Cosmik Souls Handcrafted Jewellery and Couture Accessories. Joan's designs can be seen from the runway to top fashion magazines.
