Shadow T-Shirt

**Shadow** (in a general or symbolic context) refers to the dark silhouette or shape produced by an object blocking light. However, in a deeper psychological or literary sense, *shadow* often represents the hidden, unconscious, or repressed parts of the self—traits or desires we don’t openly acknowledge. Psychologist Carl Jung popularised the concept of the **“Shadow Self”**, which includes the aspects of our personality that we might deny or dislike. Embracing and understanding our shadow can lead to personal growth, self-awareness, and emotional healing. In essence, the shadow is both literal and symbolic—a reminder of light’s presence, and the complexity of the human soul.
