Seven Oaks Plantation, Westwego LA Puzzle

Seven Oaks Plantation was built around 1840 for Camille Zeringue. Mr. Zeringue owned and worked the plantation until his death in 1891, when the house changed hands many times and eventually came to a tragic end when its current owner bulldozed the house to avoid further requests from the townspeople for preservation. I was a bit disappointed to find that for the price the puzzle was only a small 252 pieces ..... but ....... it is so intricate that if it was bigger I would be frazzled by now bought as a special Christmas jigsaw for work colleagues to play with in our breaks - it is a great way to get the team to collaborate on something fun, and to start conversations between folk, and a great positive opportunity to provide compliments on the effort put in and progress being made the puzzle itself is beautifully made - each piece feels lovely (not a cheap cardboard puzzle) and the shapes are all similar but different Still a work in progress after a week - it's great!!!! a truly lovely thing ... it will come out each year - both at work and at home. great image, and fantastic finish on the pieces
