The poster was find down to the credits which were cropped and that is my grandson in the poster and his name was cut off, denying me grandmotherly bragging rights. I appreciate your promptly making it good and realize it was not Zazzle's fault. The poster was fine to the credits which were cropped and on the floor amongst the other trim.

maybe you can add up on personalised option, laminated or a frame maybe . great job. but you can add an option if we wanted to have it laminated or frame as add up option
