initially tried to send this shirt to my son who is stationed at Fort Bragg, NC. He did not receive the shirt. I'm convinced it had to do with the post office on the base. Zazzle replaced the shirt immediatly, no questions asked. It arrived yesterday. I would certainly do business with Zazzle again - shirt is perfect, customer service outstanding. Design is great. Only a select group of people would have any interest in Schrodinger's cat - this was a perfect gift for my son.

I'm so impressed with your organisation that it almost transcends words. I ordered a shirt that came in the wrong size. I called to arrange to ship it back but they said it wasn't necessary - to donate it. That was so cool. You've just made a lifetime customer..
