Scale Model German Aeroplane, 1938 Poster
Smithsonian gets model of first German plane to fly Atlantic. A 20" scale model of the Bremen which made the first westward non-stop flight across the North Atlantic in 1928 being received by the Smithsonian Institution from Germany. Miss Katherine Onsgard of Arlington, Virginia, a private flyer, is pictured holding the model of the plane which was flown from Germany by Captain Hermann Koehl, Baron Zuenther Von Huenefeld, and Colonel James Fitzmaurice. They made a forced landing on Greenly Island off the coast of Newfoundland. Old photo taken in 1938.

I hung this in the stairwell of our house, near some other Renoir pictures. My daughter says it looks like she is looking at her when she walks up the stairs.
it's called "The Excursionist", she is holding a walking stick. Renoir was an impressionist, I don't think this is an actual person. The finished framed picture arrived and looks better than the online pic - Beautiful!

Absolutely superb Art Deco poster. The colours are vibrant, sympathetic to the era and perfect for use. I framed it and hung above the entrance to my Art Deco inspired lounge room. Stunning!
