the quality is great, but the colors are not what I thought they would be.. Online the colors looked very different than the finished product..so be careful when ordering colored ink.. the customer service was great though and refunded the full price so that I could reorder the product in a diff color... the products from zazzle are always great and what you see is what you get for the most part...some difference with colors on your computers
