So I ordered this item in Dec and the delivery day was two days ago and I still haven't received it yet. I am not sure who to contact and if I should cancel the order and get my money back. It is my first time ordering from this website so I thought the experience will be nice. My mom is a big fan of bigfoot so I wanted to get her this for Christmas. Christmas is over and we are in the new year still noting. I still have not received the item so I don't know if everything is okay with the item
