I was very pleased with the focus and clarity in this poster print. The reflection of the trees in calm water of the river are faithfully reproduced. This print was sized to fit a pre-cut 11" x 14" mat opening and a 20" x 16" ready-made frame. This image was shot just before sunset during mid-November, 2012. The view is looking south, downstream from the new river bridge across the Sangamon River on the Athens Blacktop Road. With low light, the colors on photographs can be muted. I think Zazzle did an outstanding job of reproducing the colors in this poster print.

I hung this in the stairwell of our house, near some other Renoir pictures. My daughter says it looks like she is looking at her when she walks up the stairs. it's called "The Excursionist", she is holding a walking stick. Renoir was an impressionist, I don't think this is an actual person. The finished framed picture arrived and looks better than the online pic - Beautiful!
