The Bancroft Library Presents: View of bay and city of San Francisco looking from Golden Gate. Noted landmarks include Blossom Rock, signal staff (Telegraph Hill), Meigg's Warf, North Beach, and the resevoir. Several masted ships, sailboats, and a steamship on the water. Painted by William Henry Meyers in 1853-1855.
