Over Labour Day Weekend in 2017, we first visited Samuel H. Boardman State Scenic Corridor on the Oregon coast. During this time, wildfires were burning & the smoke was hugging the coast. In between that smoke you could still see the beautiful colours of the ocean & forest trails. From Thunder Rock Cove, we took the loop trail that was filled with tress & lush ferns, & saw beautiful views of the ocean. Even though it was very smoky, it was still a beautiful experience!
