My wedding invitation's were ordered on 8/18/24. And the order came in around 8/25/24. The fast delivery was amazing and was super impressive. My fiance and I were so excited to see them, but when opened we were extremely disappointed to see that the back of them were messed up. The back is not how they were ordered or supposed to be. It looked like someone was lazy and did not cut enough off of the sides of them as you can see in the pictures. I contacted Zazzle support and requested to have these fixed. And still to this day on 9/16/24, I have not heard of an absolute answer on if they are going to send new ones and when. This is very frustrating, as I am wanting to send my invitations out soon.
As pretty as the front of the invites are, that is not enough and this hassle has ruined any future purchase from Zazzle. I do not reccommend them. .
