Safari Baby Shower Invitation, Vintage Jungle Invitation

VERY, VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I worked on these invitations for several weeks, got them perfect and then when I went to order them the artwork was not centered on the card-had to go to the artist-who was very helpful, but then the final version looked off-center again and I had to chat with yet again another person, who told me that it was just the way it appeared on my monitor. Ordered the invites-quite expensive- and when they arrived 10 days later- they were completely off center. VERY UNHAPPY and absolutely no way to contact the company except by "chat": I believe this is the most difficult online ordering I have ever experienced and I order almost everything online. IInitially I freaked because they had to be redone, but I cannot wait another 2 weeks to send these out, so I am horribly embarrassed and sending out poorly printed invitations. I am so upset because I spent several weeks getting these perfect. Also, the process for getting the addressed envelopes was very strange. You had to manually type in each address-there was no method for uploading an already established address spreadsheet. Also very time consuming. I WOULD BE VERY CAREFUL BEFORE WASTING ANY TIME CREATING ANYTHING ON THIS WEBSITE.

These invites were done perfectly and professionally, was very pleased with the results and would recommend it to my family and friends. The printing came out to exactly how i ordered it, was good quality and easier to read.
