The product was nice and I was satisfied with quality. I ordered one for me and one for my niece. I was very disappointed in the shipping process. I paid extra for expeditedshipping on Nov. 30th. The origin arrival date was supposed to be Dec 10th. That was plenty of time . But it still had not arrived on by the 14th when I had to leave. I had to buy a last minute gift for my niece. Very disappointed. Printing appears to be done well.
