I received a notification that my invitations were delivered, yet when I went home there was no sign of them. After further investigation my invitations were delivered to some random address and trying to contact the post office was a joke. So for some reason I decided to reach out to Zazzle, even though I did not think they would do anything as it was not their fault. Luckily I ordered these early so I was not in a time crunch, but the Customer Service from the Zazzle Support Team was truly amazing and very satisfying for a bride to be. They offered to re-print and re-send the invitations with expedited shipping or refund the order and pick something else. The relief that this brought to me was amazing. Luckily my original invitations showed up on my door step from someone! Overall I had a great experience with Zazzle. Yes they were as expected

Look, it was good price, good time till delivery, photo and ink quality look great but sad at the final outcome. I ordered a trial invitation and it looked really good and I was stoked so I ordered the real invitations (25 of them) and they weren't thr same quality as the original first order. The had weird ink spots on the white side- im guessing seeping ink from the photo on the other side. A little disappointing they weren't at the same standard as the first one I ordered.
