Victorian, royal visit invitation to witness the ceremony of laying the foundation stone of the new railway offices in New Zealand layered on a blue background. Invitation shows four vignettes (of Wellington Harbour, Lyttelton Harbour, Auckland Harbour, and Port Chalmers Harbour), inset black and white portraits of Their Majesties, and figures of a European soldier and a Maori chief. The British crest is at top centre. A colour art print of natural history styling, perfect for decoupage or crafting supplies.
