Ivy crest in a circle.
According to "Kenmon Shoka Mon" (estimated to have been written around 1467-1470), the original ivy design was elliptical, but modern crest books show that it has generally transitioned to a more circular shape. This design is based on the ivy in "Kenmon Shoka Mon" and has been redrawn with four stamens, which is the current mainstream number (the original design in "Kenmon Shoka Mon" had five stamens).
