I ordered this design because it fit my daughter's Sweet 16 theme perfectly. When I first ordered, I ordered the matte print not realizing it would be a little duller than I thought. I expressed my concerns and received the replacement glossy print very quickly. They were gorgeous. I will definitely utilize Zazzle again! the original wasn't what I expected, but that was because of the paper type I selected. I was able to get new invitations with the gloss finish very quickly

I had ordered 1 invite to see what the quality was like before I placed a bigger order, the invite took a while to arrive, but when I contacted Zazzle they quickly shipped me a replacement invite.
