The Fool card from the Robin Wood Tarot deck. This card symbolises thoughtless innocence, lighthearted folly, lack of discipline, naiveté, dangerous inexperience, creativity, great freedom (although with a connotation of foolishness.) The Key for this card is "Pay Attention."
It shows a happy young man, dressed as a harlequin, with a wreath of roses in his hair and a backpack with a rainbow of ribbons. He is dancing along, playing a flute, on the edge of a precipice. Near his feet is a small dog, which may be dancing along, or trying to warn him of the danger.

I hung this in the stairwell of our house, near some other Renoir pictures. My daughter says it looks like she is looking at her when she walks up the stairs.
it's called "The Excursionist", she is holding a walking stick. Renoir was an impressionist, I don't think this is an actual person. The finished framed picture arrived and looks better than the online pic - Beautiful!
