This is my second purchase of two luggage tags I customized with a portrait of Robert Burns. I love this product - wish I had more bags to strap it to! I am a Robert Burns scholar and am proud to show off these tags. The portrait is gorgeous. The printing of Burns's dob and dod was a little faint but otherwise the portrait and colors are beautiful. The next set of tags I ordered, the printing was fine. And on all the tags my name on the back is very neat and clear.

I was happy with the acrylic tag but it came with a thin leather strap to attach the tag to luggage (like a cat collar). I replaced the strap with a metal ring off of a key ring as the leather strap would come undone or break easily as luggage is sometimes handled without much care by airlines. Printing is great. Colours and positioning of the design I put on the tag were perfect. Very pleased.
