Product arrived in good condition, in a timely manner. Appears to be very good quality, however, clock runs too slow, and must be reset forward every week. A new battery was installed, and then another new battery was tried, but clock still runs too slow. Manufacturer should use better testing to insure better accuracy. Printing and colors are excellent.
