I have a friend who's retiring soon, and she's difficult to shop for. I love this design (also got a mug with the same design), and know that those of us who reach retirement age probably need some new dish towels, since others are becoming worn. The background color is more charcoal gray than black, but the colorful print shows up nicely, and I'm pleased with the overall effect. Seems like a very good quality product, and I think my friend will enjoy these. I recommend this product. The printing is clear and colorful. The background is a charcoal gray, rather than black, but I'm not disappointed. I highly recommend this product and design.
