The quality of the product is poor. The lids do not snap on and off easily. I can't close one of the tumblers I bought. The color and print on the outside was nice but the overall quality of the tumbler is cheap. It was easy to design and the print was nice.

The printing quality for the images I have added is very poor, it is blurry as well. It needs to be a higher quality image or at least upscale the image with an upscaler or with AI.

Delivery time was exceptional...I chose fastest delivery and it was delivered in 3 business days to Australia.
The only issue was the delivery driver from FedEx just threw the box over the fence.
Despite this and the printing issues, I still think it is quite good. It was a gift for my brother so I can't comment of how hot it keeps drinks.
. The words/letters printed clearly but the red background appears blotchy i.e. darker patches. Red background also is more brown than the red colour on screen.
