Resilience and Reflection Poster

I painted my own uniquely original nature's cycle with a dead tree as the focal point void of colour or bland surrounded by vibrant greenery and colour. The whiteness of the tree signifies it's a ghost of itself, no longer rich with life and colour. The few leaves still remaining on its withering branches are grey and shrivelled. The holes and marks on its trunk and some branches are symptoms of being hollowed, aged, weathered and decayed by the elements. The dark red mounds at the base of the tree are ant hills using the tree for shelter and draining its resources if any left behind. This landscape is inspired by my own front yard.
