I made a mistake on one of my certificates and immediately contacted the artist listed on the page to ask to have it edited. She responded that there was nothing she could do that I would have to contact Zazzle, which I did. I was told it was already in production and could not be changed, yet it arrived three days late. I find it hard to believe that it took two weeks to print the certificate and mail it. The cardboard it was in was folded and the certificate ruined anyway. Other than these issues, the certificate itself could have been beautiful, instead they are going in the garbage, this is so disappointing. I guess I'll have to file a complaint with my credit card company to get my money back. I am going to need many more of these certificates in the future, I guess I'll be finding a different company to work with. The print itself was fine other than being folded.

This product was fantastic can put much better than I was anticipating, I was expecting flyer paper but it came on the wonderful glossy front Matt back thick card paper, I am so happy with it. It’s small enough to fit into my wedding invitation envelopes and not crush anything either, but apart from my own spelling mistake I missed with doesn’t matter, it’s perfect. The print was excellent perfect and glossy no smudges in either side of the print, I am over the moon on how it turned out.
