Redhaw Hawthorn On Old Paper

A botanical illustration of the Redhaw Hawthorn (Crataegus sanguinea) superimposed on an old paper background image. Customisable text reading "Hawthorn (Crataegus sanguinea)" also appears. You may change the text colour. The Redhaw Hawthorn, aka Siberian Hawthron, is native to southern Siberia, Mongolia and far northern China. The red berry-like fruit, a pome, is edible and used to make preserves. The small white flowers give off a carrion smell. The fruits and flowers of many hawthorns are known in herbal folk medicine as a heart tonic and modern research has borne out this use.

This was exactly what was wanted for my piano crazy grandson! He is self taught & is now having lessons by a top teacher and has been asked to play at various venues in the US!
