Red Wheel of Dharma (Buddhist Art) Skateboard

This design features a wheel of dharma (known as dharmachakra), which is a widespread symbol used in Indian religions such as Hinduism, Jainism and especially Buddhism. In Buddhism, the wheel represents the endless cycle of samsara, or rebirth, which can only be escaped by means of the Buddha's teachings. The wheel of dharma can also be called the wheel of law. The wheel was a common symbol in early Buddhist art. On images of the Buddha, the wheel of dharma often appears on the palms of his hands and the soles of his feet. The wheel is also symbolised by mandalas, geometric representations of the Buddhist universe.
