The first one I received was not clear and fuzzy. Before I had the chance to contact zazzle they sent me another. They must have been aware of the problem. Second ornament they sent looked great. It was clear & sharp. Very nice & easy to make. Maybe it was the font I chose but it looked kind of light. I which the letters were brighter
