The first one I received didn't work. That was something new so I change batteries twice and waited after two week I decided to call the company. They sent me a new one but not on time for my graduation party. Oh well they said they would tried :( was a little disappointed. It's a nice clock my family love it. Love the design, my son said he can read it too similar to Japanese because he take Japanese class in college.
