Inspired by a conversation about joke prayer candles, artist Eugene Huffman designed this candle for writer & amateur cook, Tess Rafferty. Our friends enjoyed the image so much, they requested a candle of their own, and so we thought, why not to other items and have it benefit a charity while we're at it? All proceeds from sales of the Our Lady of Recipes & Resistance merch will go to True Colours United, an organisation dedicated to meeting the needs of homeless LGBTQ youth.

The coasters are gorgeous, a quality feel and heavy weight. They look like a precious archeological find. A rustic stone juxtaposed with a modern floral black and white print. I like the way the print goes slightly imperfect on the cut stone edges giving them a kind-of natural beauty. They are a great product and I use them to protect the arms of my couch from hot cups of coffee. Printing is good happy with the quality.
