The picture on this jigsaw is one of my favourite paintings, it's titled "Innocents" because the innocents of the cute new born beagle puppy and the beautiful little girl sleeping so contentedly is very calming, the cute little dark haired girl gently holds the tiny trusting beagle puppy. They look so peaceful together. The story of how the photo was taken is this:- The little girl walked into the room where the beagle puppies were sleeping in their whelping box, she gently lifted the tiny pup from the box and lay on the floor with him, they fell asleep together and the little girls proud mum took the photo, she kindly allowed me to use the photo for this soft pastel portrait painting. I love this picture so much because to me it expresses complete innocents. I think this gentle beagle puppy and child image makes an original jigsaw puzzle, I'm sure it will bring a smile to the face of everyone who spends time with this cute and tender image. The original painting is worked in soft pastel.
