Raven Poster
It is widely believed that it was Charles II who ordered that the ravens within the Tower of London be protected lest the kingdom be placed at risk. He being firmly convinced that the tower would crumble and the monarchy fall should the ravens ever fully depart the tower area. Since that time the tower ravens have indeed been protected but the second world war saw the tower reduced to only one remaining raven. This caused Winston Churchill to request that a minimum of six ravens reside in the tower at all times. Since then a total of seven ravens are kept on site with the seventh being a spare should it ever be needed. Although the background to this Raven legend is hazy it is a superstition that persists today.

Presentation perfect. Would have liked slightly thicker paper as had difficulty keeping flat in a frame.

I also cannot believe how quickly the print arrived. Colors and quality are fantastic.

While I would certainly have preferred to have this quirky poster framed, for what I could afford, this poster option was great. It looks really good on my wall and I'm sure will draw some interesting comments. I'm very happy with the printing quality and colours.
