RainForest Daydreams at Wildlife Baby Sanctuary

This little primate is an endangered species and is one of over 350 orphaned orangutans under the care of Orangutan Foundation International. Sadly, there is a steady stream of new babies arriving, and some are much younger than this sweetheart. It takes many years of care before an orangutan is old enough to survive on its own. If their mothers had not been killed during destruction of the rain forest, they would have stayed with their mothers for approximately seven years. The costs are staggering.
