Rainforest Conservation poster
Former Borneo rainforest near Pangkalanbun in Kalimantan, Indonesia. A picture is worth a thousand words when it comes to investigative reporting about forest conservation, climate change and non sustainable mono crops. This sandy cement pit is what remains of pristine, equatorial rain forest. The eroded land shows how surprisingly thin the top soil is, so once the natural vegetation is cleared for palm oil plantations, it does not take long to be left with barren sand fields. You can be a part of restoring destroyed rainforest through OFI's tree-planting program.

The product would have been fine, but the posters were packed in a box, not a tube like posters used to be. The posters are ripped, accordion pleated ruined - and desperately needed for presentations. Help. The printing is fine. The packaging was not not. Zazzle -please help. I need them redone and shipped ASAP.

I hung this in the stairwell of our house, near some other Renoir pictures. My daughter says it looks like she is looking at her when she walks up the stairs.
it's called "The Excursionist", she is holding a walking stick. Renoir was an impressionist, I don't think this is an actual person. The finished framed picture arrived and looks better than the online pic - Beautiful!
