The packaging and build were quite ordinary. The minute hand fell off when the package was opened. Also, while ordering I mentioned it as a gift and added a message. The system informed me that the bill will not be sent. But the receiver did not get the gift message and the invoice was sent along with the item. It is quite disappointing in that sense. Finally, UPS delivery had simply kept the package in the front garden and left. Considering we paid for shipping, it would be good if the service provided is better and ensures safety of the package. The print was great and the customization was executed perfectly.

The product came out great. I should have put the husbands name first as that is the traditional way, but i copied the sample. It keeps time great and looks great. Beautiful, its just like the picture

These days, shopping on line can be a little daunting at times, not seeing or trying the product off the shelf in a store, never knowing for sure what to expect (I've been very disappointed a few times let me tell you) Our custom clock arrived today (Melbourne, Australia) - First thing that impressed straight away was the packaging, solid and well designed. Then when we unwrapped, well, absolutely thrilled to say the least. Extremely high quality product, well exceeding our brightest hopes. Will we shop again ? No hesitation - Can we recommend ? 100% :). The product we received was actually better than the photo on screen. Rich deep colors and clean crisp edges with a highly polished clock face. Loving it.
