Providence, RI 'Stuck-Up Bridge' Postcard

Crook Point Bascule Bridge (also known as the Seekonk River Drawbridge) is a nonfunctioning Scherzer rolling lift railway bridge which crosses the Seekonk River, connecting Providence, Rhode Island, to East Providence. Fixed in the open position since 1976, it is known locally as the "Stuck-Up Bridge" and has become a unique Providence landmark.
