I created this bumper sticker as a counter-narrative to the "Proud Parent of an Honour Roll Student" bumper sticker. I believe that, as a parent, my most important job is to raise a child with an altruistic moral character and that my child's academic achievement is of secondary importance. The bumper sticker was inspired by Michele Borba's book "Unselfie: Why Empathetic Kids Succeed in our All-about-Me World."
