In 1927, Federal Prohibition Agent credentials of Eliot Ness. Authorised to enforce the Laws and Regulations relating to the manufacture, sale, transportation, control and taxation of alcohol and of intoxicating liquors. Confronted with death daily in Chicago, Agent Eliot Ness and his hand-picked Untouchables battled Al Capone and his gang for the very soul of Chicago. Ultimately winning that war, when Capone was convicted of Tax evasion in October 1931 and sentenced to a lengthy prison term.

I hung this in the stairwell of our house, near some other Renoir pictures. My daughter says it looks like she is looking at her when she walks up the stairs. it's called "The Excursionist", she is holding a walking stick. Renoir was an impressionist, I don't think this is an actual person. The finished framed picture arrived and looks better than the online pic - Beautiful!
