This work was inspired by my favourite beer Maudite which translates to ‘the damned one’ in French and the awesome movie, Baracka, which translates to ‘blessed’ in many languages. The name of this piece is Pride & Tradition - The Blessed Damned One. Maybe just maybe that’s the juxaposition of culture & tradition in our rapidly advancing modern society.
