This was a gift for my sister who had surgery on her carotid arteries. While the material was sturdy, and she loved that it looked like parchment, I feel that the true "quality" measure was the message of hope and healing. The creator of this pillow does more than put some ink on some material with some "feel good" words. He or she participates in God's healing touch to all who read and believe the message. Great quality, has a bit of a "rustic" touch, which we liked.
